3.Get InstaMapper. This application provides less features than Google Maps for Mobile. The phone sends tracking data to the InstaMapper server every five seconds when you are moving at a rate of 20 miles per hour or if there is somebody who is currently tracking your phone online, or every 60 seconds when you are immobile. This service also allows you to view or even export the last 30 days worth of data. Sign up for the service by creating a username and password and providing an email address and cell phone number.

Sign up with Buddyway. This is an application for people who love to travel as it helps to keep records of where you have been. You can upload your current location and send the data to your family and friends, you can add personal notes on the progress of the trip, start time and finish time, duration of the trip, average and maximum speed of travel, and GPS points. You can also automatically inform your friends and family when you arrive in a certain area via text message. You will be required to create a username and password and provide and email address when registering.
